Baba Bulleh Shah

Baba Bulleh Shah was born in Uch Sharif Bahawalpur in year 1680. His real name was Abdullah Shah. He was a famous Punjabi Sufi poet. His poetry is still famous currently. Many famous singers of Pakistan and India have sung his kalam such as Abida Parveen, Sain Zahoor  and many more. His father Muhammad Darwesh shah moved to Malkwal and then to Kasur when Bulleh Shah was very in his childhood. In Kasur he was inspired by Shah Inayat by cast Arain. His poetry is very famous such as of Shah Hussain, Sultan Bahu. His poetry style is Kafi. He died in Kasur in year 1757.
