Call center training and jobs at Shahed’s. Customer service training includes materials such as dvd, books and other training materials. Course duration is 6 weeks. Three hours a day and 5 days a week of 6 weeks. Class timing’ll be from 10:00 to 1:00 pm. There are 25 students in a class. Call centre training fee is Rs. 18000/-
