How to Cook Perfect Pizza in Oven
Take dough according to size of pizza and make bread that looks equal from all sides. Don’t make in hurry so that you can make it perfectly. Use cooking oil or butter to grease tray of pizza. Now paste sauce on this bread and other ingredients including all vegetables etc. Now put this tray in microwave oven.
Pre heat your oven on 250 degrees. But take it down to 180 degrees when baking pizza.
Total Time of baking a Pizza is about 10 to 12 minutes. After that it is cooked perfectly from all sides.

How to Make Pizza crust perfectly

Some people also use Desi Ghee, Cream or Khoya also to give pizza some unique kind of taste.
If you are using granular yeast or (دانے دار خمیر) which easily is available from all grocery stores then use Luke warm water which is very helpful in dissolving every ting quickly. How to Prepare Sauce for Pizza

First of all, put 2 tablespoon of cooking oil in a frying pan. Now take 4 to 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped and put in oil which is already at low heat in pan. Now put half tablespoon Thyme and Oregano which is available in bottled form from any super store or grocery stores. You can also add other ingredient in sauce according to your taste.
Now add 1 cup of Tomato paste after adding all above mentioned items. Keep well mixing all things during cooking. This paste would be applied on pizza with other ingredient. Oregano is mostly used for unique kind of aroma in Italian and Continental foods. Pour some salt according to your taste.
Now add red chili paste and mix it thoroughly. Now cook until every thing including tomato paste, oregano, oil, salt and red chili merge together well and fully cooked. And make sure that rawness of everything is completely gone. You can add water when it is very you are very near to finish cooking sauce. Use slow heat and low flame all the time while cooking and preparing pizza sauce.
